Problem

Trivium Partners was entering one of Nashville's most competitive recruiting markets with absolutely nothing to show yet. No brand, no website, no content — and a very short runway to look established before they started pitching clients. In recruiting, first impressions are everything. Nobody hires a staffing agency that looks like a startup.Problem

Goals
  • Build a brand identity from zero that looked established from day one

  • Create a website that earned trust from both candidates and hiring managers

  • Develop a content strategy that positioned Trivium as a credible market player

Process

Started with the name. "Trivium" (three ways in Latin), shaped everything. The whole design system was built around that idea: the balance between job seekers, employers, and results. Logo, color system, typography, visual language, all of it built from scratch. Then came the website and a full content strategy, every page written to speak to both sides of the hiring equation at once.

Solution

A sharp, professional brand and website that made Trivium look like they'd been in the market for years — not months. Credibility built in, from the first click.

Results / Outcome
  • Website visits increased 110% after launch

  • Trivium started winning clients immediately

  • Launched looking like an established player, not a new entrant
